REPORTS

Each Consistory should have sent its June, 2011 report to the office of the Grand Secretary-General, Illustrious Marvin D. Chambers, P. 0. Box 73248, Washington, DC 20056 by July 15th. If this has not been done, attention is called to Article XX-VII, Section 3 as amended which involves suspension of all indebtedness if not paid sixty days from the end of the fiscal year, June 30th. This will be rigidly enforced.

GRAND INSPECTORS GENERAL

Likewise, all Grand Inspectors General's who have not paid their Annual Dues within that same time limit incur the same severe penalty.

ANNUAL BANQUET

This event is in honor of the Class of 2011 whose elevation will have just been completed. Deputy of the Year and other awards are made at this time. The Banquet will be held in Centennial II-IV on Monday, October 10, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. When paying your Advance Registration fee you may also include monies for extra banquet tickets ($60.00), if needed. Please reply by September 5 to: United Supreme Council, P. 0. Box 73248, Washington, D.C. 20056-3248.

REGISTRATION

Advance Registration fee is $150.00 which includes, one (1) Concert Ticket, one (1) Luncheon Ticket and one (1) Banquet Ticket.

Advance Registration cards are enclosed for your convenience. Please fill out the enclosed card and return with a check or money order for $150.00 to the United Supreme Council, P. 0. Box 73248, Washington, DC 20056-3248. You may pick up your Kit and ID Badge at the Advance Registration desk on Friday, October 7, 2011, at the Permanent Registration Desk from 3-6 p.m. (for Advance Registration only) On-Site Registration will be $175.00. Advance regis­tration must be paid prior to September 5, 2011. (Class of 2011 will pick-up their kits at the class organization meeting Saturday, October 8, 2011).

REFUNDS

Requests for Refunds for Registration must be receive in writing no later than midnight the last day of the session.

MEETING PLACE

All sessions of the United Supreme Council will be held at Hyatt  Regency Atlanta. The Morning Worship Service, the Divine and Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2011, in the Centennial II-IV. On Monday, October 10, 2011, the Convocation Opening in Full Ceremonial will be held in Centennial II-IV and the Class Banquet will be held in Centennial II-IV. We have enclosed, for your convenience, the hotel information. Please make hotel reservations ASAP. DO NOT SEND HOUSING RESERVATION FORMS OR MONEY TO THE UNITED SUPREME COUNCIL.

ATTIRE

Dark blue or black suit, white shirt, black shoes, black tie, white gloves and crown for the Divine Service Ceremonial Opening. Active Members and Deputies will be required to wear white tie (with Awards and Decorations) for the banquet. (The black tail jacket is short in front with two long back tails, white vest, matching white bow tie and wing collar shirt, black trousers and black shoes). Please take notice that those not properly dressed will not be permitted in the processional.

CONCERT TICKETS

Extra Concert Tickets may be purchased along with your Advance Registration at a cost of $25.00.
